Tree Decorating Contest - Registration

Get your team involved with making a difference in the community by registering for the WCCA Tree Walk Community Event NO WALKING REQUIRED!!!

This registration form reserves a tree for local businesses and organizations to decorate in our 2019 Best Decorating Contest. A $25 registration fee is needed to cover the costs of the tree. Payments can be submitted by check at:

Event Overview:
Decorators are encouraged to be creative and thoughtful in their design The trees will be available for decorating on Friday, November 29th and Saturday, November 30th The community will vote using official WCCA Tree Walk Voting Tokens. The tree that collects the most Voting Tokens will receive a special award and recognition Decorators can elect to have their tree and decorations donated to a family who wouldn't usually have a full-size tree

Rules & Guidelines:
Decorators must provide all items to decorate the tree including lights, tree topper, and tree skirt. All decorations must be family-friendly, appropriate for all ages, and not discriminatory or hateful in any way. Trees are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
